4v4 league teams must have at least 2 males and 2 females. Teams must have at least 1 male and 1 female on the court at all times.

Teams will play best 2 out of 3 set. The first 2 sets will go to 21 winning by 2 but capped at 25. The third set is first to 15 winning by 2 but straight to 15.

Teams must serve in rotating fashion but are not required to rotate positions on the court during play. 

Games are self-officiated. If any rule discrepancies arise, please talk to the league coordinators for clarification on the call.

Subbing is not allowed once the season reaches the tournament.

In game Rules:

• Player must be "squared up" to set over the net

• No open hand receiving on serve or non hard driven balls

• No open hand tipping, must be closed fist or knuckled 

• Blocks will not be counted as a touch
